Lounge At the heart of the apartment is the large sunny south-facing lounge/diner with its double sliding patio doors, plus a French door, leading out onto the huge terrace. The lounge is equipped with a flat-screened TV, Sky/satellite system, DVD/CD player, and a safe. The roomy cream Scandinavian sofa bed, plus two other settees, ensures there is plenty of room for indoor seating, and there is a large, low hardwood coffee table plus a couple of side tables for putting your drinks on. A hardwood dining table and six leather chairs is situated in the dining area for indoor meals. Kitchen The fully equipped open plan kitchen boasts a fridge/freezer, oven & ceramic hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. There is even a water filter, providing you with a plentiful supply of fresh, safe drinking water.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms There are three bedrooms (the master bedroom has fantastic sea views and an en-suite with luxury rainfall shower), all with built-in double wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, with the third being a twin. The second bathroom has a luxury walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been newly refurbished to a luxury standard with large shower cubicles, bidets, low level wc´s, wash handbasins, cabinets and shelving. Both feature ceramic tiled floors. "Grohe" taps and fittings have been used in the ensuite bathroom.

Bar Area An open bar area leads from the kitchen into the lounge/diner, complete with bar stools - the perfect place for you to sit and watch the others prepare lunch while you enjoy a nice cool beer.

The Terrace

sunbathe... The apartment benefits from a very large landscaped terrace, incorporating an automatic irrigation system throughout to ensure all the plants stay well watered and healthy. To the rear of the terrace is a raised decked solarium area, ideal for private sunbathing. relax... The central area of the terrace incorporates a colourful garden/patio, well stocked with lots of colourful flowers, plants and shrubs. Fully furnished with a cane settee and two chairs, plus coffee tables, this is an ideal place in which to relax with a cool drink and a good book. dine al fresco... The dining area at the front of the terrace has superb views over the Mediterranean Sea. Here you will find a solid teak extendable table and six chairs (further patio chairs are available for extra guests) - a great setting to enjoy your tapas and a glass (or two) of chilled white wine! ...whatever the weather! There are sunshades ("toldos") fitted throughout the terrace to ensure you enjoy a shady area when you need a rest from the sun! Additionally, in the dining area, the toldos are fitted with "windows" to allow you to enjoy the view whatever the weather!
