Longer Lets
	A special tariff is available for longer lets of four weeks or more with 50% discount (not available during July and August) off the normal rates.

Mini Breaks
	Mini-breaks are available out of season (November to the end of March) - ideal for golfers or those wishing for a long weekend in the sun! Nightly rate applies, equating to one-sixth of the weekly rate. Minimum stay is three nights.

Changeover Days
	Whilst Changeover Day has traditionally been on a Saturday, we have found that people much prefer weekday changeovers nowadays so that they are able to take full advantage of cheaper midweek flights. Please therefore ask about changeover dates as we will try to be as flexible as possible - even in high season - to accommodate your needs.

Check-in and out times
	Check-in time is normally 15.00, and check-out is usually 10.00. Again, please do ask as, wherever possible, we will try to be flexible on these times.

Deposit & Balance of Payment
	A deposit of 25% of the total price is required upon booking, with the balance due eight weeks prior to your holiday.

Holding Deposit

A holding (returnable) deposit against breakages/losses of 250 UK Pounds per booking is required; this can either be paid in advance along with your final balance, or in cash on arrival at the accommodation. The deposit will be refunded to you (less any damages/losses as agreed with you) by way of a sterling cheque to be posted to within you seven days following your holiday.
