Longer Lets   A special tariff is available for longer lets (low season only) of four weeks or more with 50% discount off the normal rates. Mini Breaks   Mini-breaks are normally available during the low season (October - March) - ideal for golfers or those wishing for a long weekend (or mid-week break) in the sun! A nightly rate applies, equating to one-sixth of the weekly rate. Minimum stay is three nights. Please also look out for details of our "special offers" for mini breaks. Changeover Days   Whilst Changeover Day has traditionally been on a Saturday, we have found that people much prefer weekday changeovers nowadays so that they are able to take full advantage of cheaper midweek flights. Please therefore ask about changeover dates as we will try to be as flexible as possible - even in high season - to accommodate your needs. Check-in and out times   Check-in time is normally 15.00, and check-out is usually 10.00. However, please do ask for availability of an earlier check in and/or a later departure time as, wherever possible, we will try to be flexible on these times. (Please note that check-ins and/or departures which occur either very late p.m. or very early a.m. are usually available. However, these will each incur a small additional charge of 10 GB Pounds.) Deposit & Balance of Payment   A deposit of 25% of the total price of the holiday is required upon booking, with the balance due eight weeks prior to your holiday. Holding Deposit   A holding (returnable) deposit against breakages/losses, of 250 UK Pounds per booking, is required; this to be paid at the same time as the balance of your holiday, and will be refunded to you by cheque or bank transfer within seven days of your departure from the accommodation. Please note that deductions in respect of breakages and/or losses incurred during your stay will be discussed and agreed with you prior to the balance of the holding deposit being returned to you. Included in our Rates Included in our rates: all bedlinens & towels - including beach towels; cleaning/laundry following your stay; aircon/heating; electricity/hot water; and a generous "Welcome" grocery hamper. A Cot & highchair is available on request for a small extra charge.  Booking Terms & Conditions A maximum of six persons can be accommodated at our apartment. Should additional persons stay at the apartment a further charge of 50 GB Pounds per person per week (or part thereof) will be made.
